  I cannot say enough great things about Orenda Force. The best thing I did for myself was to make that initial phone call. The professional Coaching and Training that Kolton Morrison gives to all his clients is second to none. He actually listens to where you came from, what your goals are, and customizes a program just for you. In the past, it was about getting a "trainer" and hoping you'd get results. Kolton is as invested in your success as you are personally and that kind of support and accountability is amazing. I look forward to the days I am going to work out because it's not just about the physical workout, but also about the sense of community you get by seeing the other Orenda "goers" there. We are all there to support and help each other on whatever journey we happen to be on as well as celebrate our successes togther. I am so grateful for Kolton and Orenda Force! "The Force is definitely with me"!
