  We have been with Western Wimax for several years and during that time period we may have lost service 2 or 3 times. Typically it's because of weather and is short term. Speeds have been consistent and it has been the difference between being able to work from home and go to an office for me. Customer service is a little on the dry side, but is handled professional and promptly. Overall, I recommend Western Wimax and suggest if you are in a rural area you try it out.
